I only did what I had to do
I woke up this morning with a knot in my heart. I got up tried to shake the feeling off by trying to write, but the words were not coming out that easily. Bonnie Raitt has a beautiful song titled, "Not Cause I Wanted To" which explains how I feel. Choosing to leave someone you love comes with so much guilt and questioning. I just pray that we end up with the ones we were destined to be with.
